  “For the price, in chatt, can not beat. Staff are sweethearts, parking is abundant. Apartment is not huge, but its completely reasonable. The kitchen is impressive for this price range of 1 bedrooms (around 600, i think it depends since very apartment is not cookie cutter). CLOSETS!! I don't know if you've every lived in one of the many old houses they have converted in downtown/elmo/northshore but let me tell you closets are an issue. My apartment before had less space to move and looked messy all the time even though the rooms were massive because they was no storage. Those fireplaces are cute but they always take up yet another wall and they don't work anyways. I am super happy to be living in a functional apartment, that's clean, safe, quiet, and everybody is sooo nice!”
